Context and Challenge

Development of a mobile VR laboratory for the evaluation of the HMI's and the operation via the steering wheel control units.
.
The challenge is to represent a virtual commercial vehicle that interacts with a real structure. A major challenge is the fine adjustment between the VR environment and the real world, e.g. the steering wheel position in both worlds must be synchronized. Also the distances and positions of the screens.
